Full Time HR Assistant Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,800 in Net Infra Group Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Senior Executive, Human Resources in daily HR operations and administrative matters.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Prepare HR-related documents including offer letters, confirmation letters, probation extension letters, memos, and employee correspondence.
• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Monitor and maintain attendance, leave, overtime, claims, and allowance records.
• Assist in payroll preparation and verification of employee-related information.
• Support HR statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other compliance requirements.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and summaries for Management review.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or related role.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and Malaysian employment regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and statutory requirements is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
