Ubrow Studio is a beauty studio specializing in eyebrow embroidery, eyeliner, lip embroidery, lash services, laser removal, and other beauty treatments. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-ins.
• Assist customers with appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling.
• Follow up with customers before and after appointments.
• Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate daily appointments with artists.
• Maintain customer records and appointment schedules.
• Perform basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant customer experience.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer service or the beauty industry is an advantage but not required.
