Evo Precision Engineering (M) Hiring! Full Time PROJECT ENGINEER in Johor, Earn up to MYR 10,000 - Ricebowl

As a Project Engineer at Evo Precision Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of engineering projects. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor, and will involve overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of complex engineering initiatives that are essential to the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and follow up the fabrication of moulds from a mere design concept to production capabilities.
• Manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of engineering projects from inception to completion
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and procurement, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Lead the entire process flow thoroughly from linking up with vendors to the assembling of mould up till the trial process.
• Attended various mould trials that includes Customers and Moulding Engineers.
• Responsible for further deviations which require rectification on the tooling and to also follow up with the samples to Customer for qualification.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
• Constantly monitoring and ensuring that projects were running in line with the schedule.
• Actively participated in improving methods and ways to shorten production lead time on top of maximizing output.

What we're looking for

• A Diploma holder in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project engineering or project management role, preferably in the precision engineering industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Working knowledge of engineering principles, design processes, and manufacturing techniques

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
