Elabram Systems Hiring! Full Time Collection Officer in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone to discuss outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and repayment plans based on customers' financial situations.
• Follow up on overdue payments, broken payment promises, and unreachable accounts through phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment statuses, and account updates in the system.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the senior team for further action.
• Process payment confirmations, settlement enquiries, and early settlement calculations.
• Participate in weekend collection activities or special collection campaigns when required.
• Achieve daily call and collection targets while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2 years and above of experience in collections, customer service, or call centre operations; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.
• Experience in hire purchase or auto financing collections is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive and resilient attitude
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willingness to participate in weekend or after-hours calling programmes when required.

Commission up to RM4000/ month
Phone Allowance: RM50
Medical Claim

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
