Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Candidates with a background in healthcare or a related field will be given priority.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, particularly within a healthcare or clinical environment, is an advantage. However, fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with the use of standard office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask eƯectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for providing quality care and support, particularly to elderly patients.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, discipline, and integrity, including punctuality, reliability, adherence to infection control and clinic hygiene standards, and the ability to follow established procedures and management instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Interaction: Welcome and assist patients with professionalism, addressing enquiries about appointments, hearing services, and products.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule hearing appointments to ensure efficient clinic operations and a seamless patient experience.
  • Patient Support: Register patients, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance on clinic procedures promptly.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with patients,both in person and over the phone, and also through digital channels.
  • Follow Up: Ensuring timely responses to patient inquiries and follow-ups accordingly for after-sales support and subsequent visitation.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients about hearing aids, accessories, and maintenance tips.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally, and escalate complex issues to Audiologist or Management to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support daily clinic operations by processing payments, maintaining accurate patient records, managing inventory, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with clinic policies and confidentiality requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience.

Pay: From RM10.00 per hour
