Job Responsibilities
Represent the company's brands, products, services, and campaigns professionally through face-to-face marketing and promotional activities.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events.
Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Work closely with team members and leaders to ensure successful campaign execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign performance.
Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
