Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support daily HR and administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and follow-ups
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparing HR documents
• Update and maintain HR systems, databases, and trackers
• Support compliance and employee-related documentation
• Prepare basic reports, presentation slides, and HR-related materials
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR activities
• Assist with HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments
• Conduct basic HR research when required
• Support payroll and finance-related administrative tasks (for interns interested in payroll and finance exposure)
• Support marketing activities, including content posting, basic design, campaign coordination, and performance tracking (for interns interested in marketing exposure)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Passionate about learning end-to-end HR operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Google Sheets is an added advantage
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)

• Internship duration: 3–6 months
