Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
• Handle cashier duties and process customer transactions accurately.
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock.
• Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
• Perform stock counting and inventory checks.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with packing online orders when required.
• Support store events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
• Answer customer enquiries both in-store and online.
• Follow company procedures and maintain a professional working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Passion for trading card games, toys, or collectibles is a bonus.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and retail operating hours.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Working Hours

• 5 working days per week.
• Rotational shifts according to store operating hours.
• Two rest day per week.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
