Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage IT equipment, including physical machines for virtualization resource pools, PC servers, backup systems and storage devices.
- Manage daily operations for operating systems, databases, and system users, including implementing changes, applying patches.
- Provide application support on various systems, i.e. handle user queries, perform trouble-shooting, resolve technical issues, etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by team head.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or information system operations in financial industry.
- Familiar with core banking system and equity trading / settlement system is an advantage
- Good knowledge in banking products and processes
