Euro Arcade Sdn. Bhd. is an importer, exporter, and distributor of premium FMCG products including snacks, confectionery, beverages, and frozen foods, headquartered in Petaling Jaya with operations across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the UAE.

We are seeking an IT & Digital Specialist to join our Malaysia office as our internal go-to for all things IT, systems, digital, and technology. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role for someone who thrives on variety, is confident across multiple technology areas, and enjoys building things: user support, business systems, software development, AI adoption, and digital presence.

The successful candidate will be curious, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. They will keep our people productive, our systems running, our data flowing, and our digital presence sharp. This role reports to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer and offers strong exposure across the business and its wider group.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to users across the office (hardware, software, email, network, printers, access); resolve day-to-day technology issues quickly and courteously.

Act as the internal Microsoft Dynamics power user: administer users and permissions; make configuration changes to fields, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards; troubleshoot user issues; handle data imports and exports; and reduce reliance on external implementation partners for routine work.

Administer Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook); manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and day-to-day system needs.

Build reports, dashboards, and automations across Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Power BI, and other business systems to improve visibility and reduce manual work.

Explore, evaluate, and roll out AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) into day-to-day operations; identify use cases, run pilots, and train colleagues on best practice.

Develop small in-house tools, scripts, and integrations (web-based tools, dashboards, API integrations) to support internal business processes.

Provide technical support for the company’s social media and digital presence, including account administration, tool integrations, analytics setup, and platform troubleshooting; work alongside the social media and marketing team to enable their work.

Onboard new joiners with equipment, accounts, and orientation on internal systems; maintain the IT asset inventory and manage relationships with hardware, software, and connectivity vendors.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal processes, systems, and tools; contribute to continuous improvement in how the company uses technology.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar IT or digital role, ideally covering business systems administration, user support, and light development.

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central preferred), including the ability to make configuration changes to fields, forms, workflows, reports, permissions, and integrations; certification in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-800) is an advantage.

Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate); Power BI is an advantage.

Basic to intermediate software development skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar); comfortable building small tools, scripts, and API integrations.

Genuine interest and practical experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar); able to identify use cases and coach colleagues on adoption.

Familiarity with social media platforms and tools from a technical perspective (account administration, integrations, analytics setup); content creation is not required.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset; comfortable working directly with users of varying technical ability.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Curious, adaptable, and a fast learner, with genuine interest in taking on new challenges and growing across multiple technology areas.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
