Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company financial transactions.
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Prepare and submit tax forms and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Help with payroll processing and related financial documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks related to accounting, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and review financial data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 year of accounting or finance experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia ensure smooth communication with the team.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
