Colors Entertainment Hiring! Full Time Admin - Account Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,800 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll and ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO & PCB
• Handle statutory compliance (LHDN, SSM, FINAS, MOF, etc.)
• Prepare and submit government tender documents
• Manage e-Invoicing (MyInvois) and billing processes
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Monitor monthly bank statements and prepare documentation for auditors
• Support general office administration and compliance matters
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in accounting and administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
