Location: Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur (Work From Office)
Working Hours: 5 working days + 2 rest days per week, 9:30AM – 6:30PM
Contract Duration: 1 Year (renewable)

• Start with 3-month probation contract
• Extend for another 9 months upon successful confirmation

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Route Planning Executive to support daily delivery operations by planning efficient routes for drivers and riders. This role involves route coordination, system management, reporting, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and arrange daily delivery routes for drivers and riders
• Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce travel time and distance
• Use internal systems and tools to create, update, and adjust delivery routes
• Design routes based on delivery locations, distance, and operational requirements
• Prepare and maintain route-related reports and records
• Monitor route planning activities and support operational improvements
• Assist the team with ad-hoc tasks related to route planning when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industries is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and software tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good organizational and coordination skills
