Role Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining safety and quality across all warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities each shift.
- Ensure smooth execution across retail replenishment, e‑commerce, and marketplace fulfilment in line with throughput and accuracy targets.
- Run QC checklists.
- Verify inbound goods against specifications and flag defective batches for vendor claims or rework escalation.
- Conduct cycle counts across the warehouse.
- Investigate variances and report findings for reconciliation sign‑off.
- Deploy labour and monitor consumables usage against plan.
- Lead daily safety walks and enforce housekeeping and safety standards.
- Execute replenishment and rebalancing moves as per allocator’s plan.
- Flag slow‑moving or aged stock identified on the floor.
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with operational terms and conditions.
- Manage stock packing and movement, fixture/VM transport, setup and teardown, and equipment handling for events.
- Directly supervise Warehouse Assistants and General Workers.
- Handle daily task allocation, rostering input, on‑the‑job training, and cross‑skilling to ensure coverage at all stations.
- Ensure floor teams follow current SOPs at every station.
- Report deviations or gaps to Operations Management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Working Conditions
- Based at the Warehouse, in Setapak KL.
- May be required to work overtime during peak periods, stock takes, or operational requirements.
- May be required to support company events or special operational activities when necessary.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
