United Power Machinery Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

Responsible :

• Handle full set of daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely reconciliation of company accounts.
• Process and manage e-Invoices in compliance with LHDN requirements.
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
• Prepare supplier payments and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments
• Liaise with China suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and shipping-related documentation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting
• Exposure to shipment/logistics and supplier coordination is a strong advantage
• Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail
• Must have knowledge with E-invoice.
• Good communication skills (Mandarin is a plus for China suppliers)

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
