Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develops and implements HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Talent Acquisition: Manages the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Employee Relations: Handles employee relations issues, resolves conflicts, and fosters a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Oversees performance evaluations, provides feedback, and develops programs to improve employee performance.
• Compensation and Benefits: Designs and manages compensation and benefits packages.
• Training and Development: Assesses training needs and coordinates learning and development initiatives.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Develops and implements HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• HR Operations: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS systems.
• Budget Management: Monitors and manages the HR department's budget.
• Reporting and Analysis: Analyzes HR data and generates reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Leadership and Team Management: Leads and manages the HR team, providing guidance and support.
