One of the first Western Indian Fusion Cafe in Malaysia, we're looking for a dynamic Barista whom have the passion and love, towards specialty coffee, tea and beverages.

1. Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) to company standards.
• Brew tea, hot chocolate, and other specialty beverages.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and blenders.

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
• Provide product recommendations and explain menu items.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints professionally.

3. Cashiering

• Process payments via cash or digital systems (POS).
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily balancing.

4. Inventory & Stock

• Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, cups, and other supplies.
• Restock ingredients and condiments as needed.
• Report shortages to the manager or supervisor.

5. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, machines, and seating area.
• Wash equipment and utensils regularly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

6. Team Support

• Assist team members during busy hours.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service or menu offerings.

7. Quality Control

• Ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation.
• Check ingredients for freshness and expiry.

Requirements

* Basic knowledge of beverage preparation

* Experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage

* Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards

* Ability to follow instructions and SOPs

* Team player with a positive attitude

* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
