Job Title: Billing Clerk – Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices for freight forwarding shipments.
• Check shipping documents, rates, quotations, and additional charges.
• Verify supplier invoices and ensure accurate billing to customers.
• Update billing records in the accounting or forwarding system.
• Follow up on missing documents and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and accounts departments.
• Assist with month-end billing reports and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in billing, accounts, logistics, or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of import, export, transport, and forwarding charges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Careful, organised, and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
