Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure designs and documents comply with local regulations, by-laws, and authority requirements
• Attend project meetings and provide professional advice and technical solutions
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
• Conduct site visits when required to ensure compliance with approved drawings
• Support management in project coordination and resource planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred), or an equivalent professional accreditation highly regarded
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in architectural consultancy or a developer firm
• Strong technical knowledge in design development, construction detailing, and authority submissions
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
