About the Role

Qubemedia is looking for a passionate Junior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team.

You will work closely with the CTO and senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and cloud-based solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems and wants to build innovative AI products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web/cloud applications and backend services.
• Build and integrate APIs.
• Assist in developing AI-powered solutions and automation tools.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimise application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile development activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, or Node.js.
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
• Understanding of SQL databases (SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Basic understanding of Git version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.).
• Docker or Kubernetes.
• Flutter or React Native.
• CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals.
