Roles & Responsibilities

Mainly all general administration Job

Admin

-Answer Phone Calls

-Sample board assembling

-In charge of worker hardware request

-Scanning and Filing

-Open letter box, mailing

-Matching of invoices and Do, generate PO

-Data entry

-Assist in account auditing

-Assist in Bca auditing

-Assist in safety documents submission

-Ad-hoc

HR

-Keep track of workers passes expiry date/ Course expiry date/ apply new courses for workers

-In charge of uniforms to workers

-Booking of air tickets

-Perform new application and renewal for staffs and workers WP

-Perform security bond checking and purchase security bond

-Updating Leaves and MC Records

-Ad-hoc

Requirement:

- ITE are welcome

-No experience require

-Posses willing to learn attitude

-5 Day days/Week (Mon-Fri)

-8.30am-6.00pm

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
