LEM Hiring! Full Time Operations Manager - ICS in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

LEM Malaysia is seeking a semiconductor industry veteran to build its semiconductor operation team in Penang, Malaysia. The objective is to build all the competence required to manufacture our portfolio of Semiconductor current sensors. With a solid business plan and a strong funding, this position is the ideal opportunity to build the complete operations team of a new fabless semiconductor division.

Job Descriptions:

Manage the production:

• Manage the ICS Operation team
• Manage OSAT (Indonesia, China, Malaysia etc.)
• Manage foundries
• Responsible for the production costs
• Responsible for successful NPI
• Manage continuous yield and manufacturing efficiency improvement

Qualifications

• Semiconductor manufacturing expert (10y+) with experience at both large IDMs and/or startups. OSAT management experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability to build new teams
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, extensive business travel in Asia and Europe
• Fluent in English
