Are you an experienced C#/.NET Developer with a strong background in telecom protocols, backend systems, and high-performance applications? Join our global engineering team and contribute to the development of industry-leading network testing and analytics platforms.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services using C#/.NET and C/C++.
• Build and enhance telecom protocol decoders for LTE, 5G NR, GSM, and WCDMA.
• Implement chipset-specific protocol updates for Qualcomm, Samsung Exynos, and MediaTek based on ICD specifications.
• Develop protocol parsers for NAS, RRC, RLC, MAC, and PHY layers.
• Decode throughput metrics such as PDSCH, PUSCH, and MAC DL/UL scheduling.
• Optimize backend performance, database operations, and large-scale data processing.
• Develop geospatial and map visualization components using TypeScript.
• Troubleshoot production issues, customer escalations, and protocol decoding challenges.
• Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and release management activities.

Required Skills

• 5–12 years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET and C/C++
• Hands-on experience with LTE, 5G NR, GSM, or WCDMA technologies
• Knowledge of SQL Server/T-SQL
• Experience with telecom protocol decoding and message parsing

Preferred Skills

• 3GPP protocol stack knowledge (NAS, RRC, RLC, MAC, PHY)
• Qualcomm QXDM, Wireshark, or other protocol analysis tools
• Experience with Qualcomm, Samsung Exynos, or MediaTek chipsets
• Understanding of chipset ICD specifications
• TypeScript and geospatial/map UI development
• Telecommunications analytics, benchmarking, or network optimization
