Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Promote and sell technical products or services to new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish, maintain and foster strong business relationship with existing & new customers.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and R&D teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Plan and carry out sales /marketing activities to agreed budget, sales volume, values, product mix, timescales and margins according to agreed aims
• Good presentation and excellent communication skills
• To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior/ Manager

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• 1–5 years of experience in technical sales, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed. Travel to Penang office twice a month for any training and meeting if needed.
• Preferred Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
