JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, create, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
2. Own the content calendar and keep every channel consistently active
3. Run campaigns around promotions, product launches, and seasonal moments
4. Shape each post for its platform — what lands on TikTok isn't what lands on Facebook
5. Track reach, engagement, and conversion, then let the numbers decide what you make next
6. Work with marketing and sales so social lines up with what's happening in stores and online
7. Build and manage custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting Campaigns, and Pixel-based audiences to maximize campaign performance.
8. Create, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, including campaign objectives, ad sets, audience targeting, placements, creatives, and budget allocation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Hands-on experience running brand social accounts — show us the ones you have grown.
2. Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on your phone.
3. Able to read analytics and turn them into a decision, not just a report.
4. Retail, FMCG, or e-commerce marketing experience is an advantage.
5. Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. (Candidates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
6. Proven experience managing Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
7. Able to work on-site in Sungai Buloh and juggle several things at once.
