Tenaga Bumi Services is a leading provider of electrical inspection and supervision services in Malaysia. We help businesses comply with the Electricity Supply Act by delivering professional electrical safety inspections, certifications, and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily administrative and office operations.

* Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.

* Prepare reports, inspection records, and certification documents.

* Schedule appointments and coordinate auditors’ site inspections.

* Organize meetings and maintain accurate records.

* Liaise with clients, internal teams, and regulatory authorities.

* Update databases and maintain client information.

* Assist with submission of documents to relevant authorities.

* Follow up on client inquiries and internal requests.

* Support office administration and process improvement initiatives.

* Assist in preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

* Previous administrative experience is preferred.

* Experience in engineering, electrical, or compliance industries is an added advantage.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Able to multitask and work under pressure.

* Positive attitude with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
