The Account Executive is responsible for managing full set of accounts while supporting operational functions including shipment coordination and supplier liaison. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, smooth logistics processes, and effective communication with local and overseas suppliers.
Responsible :
- Handle full set of daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely reconciliation of company accounts.
- Process and manage e-Invoices in compliance with LHDN requirements.
- Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Prepare supplier payments and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments
- Liaise with China suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and shipping-related documentation
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting
- Exposure to shipment/logistics and supplier coordination is a strong advantage
- Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail
- Must have knowledge with E-invoice.
- Good communication skills (Mandarin is a plus for China suppliers)
