Job title: Executive, Distribution Support

Report to: Lead, Distribution - Agency

Job Summary:

• Single point of contact for all customer callback - underwriting, claims and general enquiries
• Assist customers with renewals, quotations, or other underwriting functions within authority limits
• Ensure all set targets and KPI are being met regularly
• Reply to email inquiries for motor insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to improve renewal retention via calls, emails, sms and Whatsapp.
• Handle customer callbacks and queries related to their motor policies.
• Administrative work related to renewals.
• Any other tasks assigned by Team Lead or Manager.

Job Experience:

• Diploma and above
• Telemarketing or call centre experience preferred
• 1-2 years work experience in insurance industry, in particular motor insurance
• Familiar with MS Office - Team player, willingness to learn, positive mindset
