Job Description:-

  • Manage the full spectrum of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary payments.
  • Administer statutory contributions and compliance, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (MTD), HRD Corp, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support finance-related payroll activities.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including medical insurance, group insurance, leave administration, and other employee welfare programmes.
  • Ensure payroll and benefits comply with the Employment Act, Income Tax Act, and other relevant legislation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
  • Handle employee enquiries relating to payroll, statutory deductions, taxation, and benefits.
  • Liaise with external parties such as statutory bodies, auditors, payroll vendors, and insurance providers.
  • Support annual HR activities including salary reviews, bonus payments, EA Forms, and year-end payroll closing.
  • Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and HR systems.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by Management.


Job Requirement:-

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll with Time Solutions Payroll System (or similar payroll software) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Good understanding of payroll taxation, statutory submissions, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
