About The Role
This role will provide financial insight, forecasting, planning, and performance analysis across a growing global organization. More importantly, we are looking for an individual who can evolve beyond traditional FP&A and become a trusted Finance Business Partner capable of influencing strategic and operational decisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with finance and business leaders to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to provide insights into business performance.
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews by delivering meaningful financial analysis and recommendations.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
- Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to provide financial insights that support business decision-making across global operations.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Experience supporting multi-country or regional finance operations within a global organization.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and present financial insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or project-based industries is highly preferred, along with strong commercial acumen.
