Hyppies Hiring! Full Time Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join a growing engineering team where you'll have strong ownership and and play a key role in shaping the platform engineering practices.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
• Own and continuously improve deployment platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
• Partner with engineering teams to provision infrastructure, manage cloud resources, databases, access controls, and platform services
• Act as the primary technical owner during infrastructure incidents and operational issues
• Improve platform reliability and operational excellence through automation and engineering best practices
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption and standardisation across engineering environments
• Support internal developer platforms and enhance engineering productivity through tooling & automation

What You Bring.

• More than 5 years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, Linux systems, and production operations
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Helm, or CloudFormation
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice to Have/Bonus.

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD
• Experience managing PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Experience building or supporting internal developer platforms and engineering tooling
