Full Time QMS Engineer Jobs, in Gateway Search Shah Alam - Ricebowl

Are you passionate about quality management systems and continuous improvement? We're looking for a QMS Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience with ISO management systems and enjoy driving process excellence, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Plan, draft, optimize, and manage quality system documentation to ensure compliance with company and international standards.
• Organize and coordinate internal quality audits and management reviews.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and improve quality management processes.
• Lead and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits to maintain ISO certifications.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and actively participate in EHS initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Quality Management.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.

Experience with IATF 16949, AS9100D, or other management systems is an added advantage.

Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Mandarin speaking ability is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration.

Working Hours

• Normal working hours.
• Willing to work overtime from Monday to Friday when required.
• Able to work on Saturdays based on operational requirements.
