Job Purposes

• Payrolls for all the Companies within the Group is processed accurately and timely basis, as required by the respective labour or employment law.
• Maintenance and enhancement of the relevant HR Systems (including eLeave, payroll and HR Management Systems) to provide automated operational support to the people and organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process Malaysia payroll accurately and on time.
• Support regional payroll checking and validation for markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, and Indonesia, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Handle HR operational matters, including employee lifecycle administration, HR documentation, and maintaining employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements across relevant countries, including tax, social security, pension, and other mandatory employment-related contributions
• Liaise with external payroll vendors to resolve payroll and HR operational matters
• Support continuous improvement of payroll and HR operational processes.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in Payroll & HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB.
• Experience supporting regional payroll operations and payroll checking for markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, and Indonesia.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements, familiarity with employment legislation and payroll practices in other countries considered an added advantage.
• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
