Role Description The Zonal Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration within an assigned geographic zone. This role includes developing and executing zonal sales strategies, managing and expanding a pipeline of enterprise and institutional clients, and promoting Insight Genesis AI solutions across financial, HR, education, and health and wellness verticals. The Zonal Sales Manager will lead and mentor a regional sales team, set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and demos, negotiating contracts, collaborating with marketing and product teams on go-to-market initiatives, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership. The role also involves gathering market feedback, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company at virtual and in-person industry events as needed.

Compensation

100% Performance-Based Commission

• There is no income cap.
• Proven experience in zonal, regional, or territory sales management, preferably in SaaS, AI, fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health tech.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, pipeline management, relationship building, and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate remote sales teams to achieve or exceed targets.
• Comfort with data-driven selling, including using CRM tools, sales analytics, and market insights to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with diverse clients and partners.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of AI-driven solutions and interest in how predictive insights can support finance, HR, education, and health and wellness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience working in emerging or unbanked markets and familiarity with consultative, solution-focused selling is highly beneficial.
