Key Responsibilities

• Lead Endura process recipe development, optimization, and technology transfer from sister fabs.

• Own Endura process related line quality issues: drive troubleshooting and excursion management, conduct rigorous root cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions.

• Design and execute structured hardware and process characterization studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands on experience with Endura sputtering processes, particularly Cu, with a solid grounding in semiconductor manufacturing and vacuum technology.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to document and present findings clearly through technical reports, review sessions, and data summaries, and to engage actively in cross functional forums and project teams.

• Demonstrated problem solving ability, including advanced root cause analysis, failure mode identification, and delivery of robust, sustainable solutions.
