Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee and support the Junior HR Executive and Office Manager, providing guidance, direction, and performance management to ensure effective execution of their respective responsibilities.
  • Assist in the governance, enhancement, development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support and enhance employer branding and recruitment processes, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Address employee concerns and inquiries, fostering a positive work environment and resolving issues as per the company’s procedures.
  • Coordinate and assist in the administration of employee performance reviews, development plans and organisational training needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and manage necessary documentation and record-keeping.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and related employee claims.
  • Collaborate on organizing employee engagement activities and events to enhance morale and team cohesion.
  • Monitor the Office Manager in managing office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and office maintenance.
  • Prepare and analyze HR and office management reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in line with business needs.

 

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative approach.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
