Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Manufacturing:

1. Perform preventive and corrective action including contingency action plan relate to maintenance objective achieved.

2. Understanding and perform break down maintenance to ensure the machine can support just in time delivery.

3. Participate about spare parts control.

4. Understanding company policy and perform.

5. Understanding maintenance objectives and participate to maintain to get achieved goal.

6. Able work on shift, Over time on working day and holidays.

7. Improvement machines and all equipment in factory to consistency reliabilities.

8. Maintain facilities in line with environmental requirements and drive energy saving programs

9. Control of Liquid Petroleum Gas, Industrial Gas including control of usage

10. Control and manage waste water treatment system

11. Ensure that all contractors adhere to on site safe working policies

Quality:

1. To perform Quality department activities which consists of ensuring the quality system meets or exceeds any customer, corporate, or internal requirements and any other related requirement within the Quality Systems.

2. To assist with supplier development and assist with performing audits / surveys. To monitor internal and supplier processes using Process Documentation such as Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.

3. To assist/coordinate customer, internal, and supplier corrective and preventive actions.

4. To assist/coordinate the development, control, calibration, and usage of inspection gages and equipment including training.

5. To assist/coordinate process capability studies.

6. To perform/assist inspection and calibration activities internally or externally including procurement, design, recall, and disposal.

7. To participate and promote cost reductions, continuous improvement activities, Health and Safety awareness, and adherence to Quality Systems.

General Provision:

1. This document covers the main responsibilities for this position, however there should be a recognition that as the needs of the business change there may be a requirement to take on additional roles outside of those listed above. If those roles are determined to be more than a short-term issue then this job description will be amended accordingly.

2. All employees are required to perform/conduct all business functions/transactions in line with The Company policy statement.

Qualifications:

• High vocational in mechanical or other related fields
• At least 3 years experience in automotive manufacturing preferred in tier I.
• Ability to read technical drawing.
• Familiar with IATF16949
• Able to operate computer: Microsoft office

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
