• Manage, overseeing, scheduling and directing day-to-day project site activities
• Plan & execute the designated site schedule
• Monitor and report to Project Director of project details
• Plan, develop and implement quality work control programs.
• Ensures all variations, defects, site condition and site progress are properly documented.
• Confer with the team, customers & contractors to discuss and resolve matters such as workprocedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Able to identify and eliminate all possible safety hazards according to the building regulationand safety codes.
• Ensures project costs are managed
• Requisition supplies and materials for projects.
• Access/ key management for projects
• Collect, deliver/ update information for projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
