This role supports daily logistics operations while handling customer service coordination. You will be the bridge between customers, internal operations, and delivery partners — ensuring shipments move smoothly and customers are kept informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information on services, shipment status, and documentation
• Manage customer shipments end-to-end, including booking, tracking, documentation, and delivery coordination
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, sales, finance) and external parties to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively update customers on status, issues, and resolutions
• Handle customer escalations, providing effective and timely resolution
• Assist with customs documentation, returns, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate records in system and proper filing of job documents
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to service processes
• Support team operations

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
