Food Preparation: Wash, peel, cut, and measure ingredients to prepare workstations before and during service (mise en place).

Cooking & Plating: Prepare and cook menu items using various culinary techniques (baking, grilling, boiling, frying) according to standardized recipes.

Ensure visually appealing presentation and accurate portion control.

Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a hygienic kitchen environment by washing utensils, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.

Monitor food storage, track temperatures, and label leftover items to comply with health codes.

Inventory Management:

check ingredient freshness, monitor stock levels, and report shortages. Assist with storing food deliveries.Teamwork: Collaborate with chefs, dishwashers, and waitstaff to ensure timely delivery of customer orders

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
