JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Has to be familiar with the specifications and products of the company

Improvise own sales techniques to promote company’s products. (Product marketing)

• Ensures daily sales task is met. (According to working hours and meet at least 6-8 customers)
• Prospecting potential customer/new customer
• Giving customer advise and planning to help increase sales
• Provide product knowledge accurately.
• Ensure order process is according to the SOP (correct person-in-charge)
• Handling, servicing existing customers, building a strong relationship with customers, and approaching new customers in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments (account, warehouse and logistics) to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings

REQUIREMENT :

• SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in the related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
• Good communication, self-motivated and good critical thinking skills
• Strongly results oriented, aiming to meet goals and guidelines
• Proactive sales personality (Hunter)
• Customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
