We are looking for a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Western dishes while also being able to prepare local Malaysian cuisine. The role includes ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and efficiency in daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present Western dishes (pasta, steaks, burgers, grills, etc.) according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Prepare and cook local Malaysian dishes when required.
• Assist in menu planning, portion control, and food presentation.
• Ensure all food is cooked and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, storage, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in receiving and storing supplies properly.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support Head Chef / Sous Chef in any additional kitchen duties as required.
