Job Summary:

Customer service supports the coordination between customers, sales, and the production team.

This role focuses on order processing, status updates, and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry into the system
• Support in updating orders status and tracking order progress
• Respond to basic customer inquiries via email or phone in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the production team to obtain order updates and delivery timelines
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation related to customer orders and production schedules
• Follow up on pending orders or requests
• Escalate customer issues or complaints to the Marketing Department.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing department.

Requirements:

• Minimum requirement - Diploma in related fields.
• Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
