HR EXECUTIVE JOB DETAILS

Position: HR Executive

Location: Kota Bharu, Kelantan

Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, annual leave & career growth opportunities

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday – Thursday)

Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee records.
• Handle monthly payroll, attendance, leave and statutory contributions.
• Manage staff discipline, welfare and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer, confirmation, promotion and warning letters.
• Plan and coordinate staff training programmes.
• Develop employee career progression and performance plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Liaise with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and relevant authorities.
• Prepare and update HR reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of payroll, HR practices and employment laws.
• Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Bahasa (Preferred)
