Responsibilities
Objective
Ensure every client consistently executes their personal branding strategy and achieves measurable progress throughout the mentorship program.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit clients’ weekly marketing content
- Audit clients’ weekly videos
- Ensure content aligns with the client’s positioning
- Provide clear quarterly improvement feedback
- Identify execution gaps
- Escalate clients who are falling behind
- Recommend improvements to internal SOPs
KPIs
- 100% weekly audits completed on time
- Client content audit accuracy
- Client completion rate
- Percentage of clients submitting weekly assignments
