MFT Resources & Services is seeking a qualified and experienced Resident Engineer (RE) to join our team for an upcoming Land Transport Authority (LTA) Project in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site construction activities in accordance with LTA requirements, approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Ensure works are carried out in compliance with BCA, LTA, and relevant Singapore codes and standards.
• Review and approve inspection requests, method statements, and work procedures.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and workmanship.
• Coordinate with the Contractor, Client, Qualified Person (QP), and relevant authorities on technical and site matters.
• Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Attend site inspections, technical meetings, and progress meetings.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of site records and reports.
• Promote and enforce compliance with workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

• Registered Resident Engineer (RE) with IES/ACES (Singapore).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore civil infrastructure or LTA projects.
• Experience in road works, drainage, earth retaining structures, bored piling, or bridge works will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of LTA specifications, BCA regulations, and Singapore construction practices.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site supervision effectively.
