Responsibilities

Demi-Chef - Acting Chef De Partie Station in Charge

·        Specialized kitchen station

·        Ensure all food productionpreparation mise-en-place with high quality food safety standard

·        Assist food purchasing

·        Supervised demi chef andkitchen assistance to ensure food preparation follow SOP

·        Ensure all station clean andtidy at all time
