Position: Clinic Assistant
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (1 weekday off)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: 26G, Jalan Aman Tiara 8, Bandar Rimbayu, Bandar Tropicana, Selangor

Job Description

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a dedicated and customer-oriented Clinic Assistant.

This role is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the clinic by managing patient registrations, assisting doctors during aesthetic procedures, handling clinic administration, and ensuring excellent patient care. You will also assist with inventory management, payment processing, and online product order fulfillment to ensure smooth clinic operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a professional aesthetic clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Register patients, manage appointments, and maintain accurate patient records using the clinic management system.
2) Welcome patients professionally and ensure a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience throughout their visit.
3) Assist doctors and aesthetic therapists during skin consultations, facial treatments, laser procedures, and other aesthetic treatments.
4) Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise equipment, and ensure all instruments and consumables are ready before each procedure.
5) Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care based on the doctor's instructions.
6) Dispense skincare products and medications as prescribed, while explaining basic product usage to patients.
7) Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media regarding appointments, treatments, and skincare products.
8) Process payments, issue receipts, manage daily transactions, and maintain proper documentation.
9) Monitor inventory levels of skincare products, medical supplies, and treatment consumables, and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
10) Ensure the clinic maintains high standards of cleanliness, infection control, and compliance with clinic SOPs and healthcare regulations at all times.
11) Need to monitor online Rudhva product order, packing and assist in shipping.

Requirements

1) Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
2) Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant, Medical Assistant, Customer Service, or in the healthcare or aesthetic industry is an advantage.
3) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
