Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation Courier
• Position Title: Operations Assistant
• Working Location: Changi Airport
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm, Sat: 9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2500 - $2800 + OT + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound terminal clearance.
• Check flight alerts and pre-alerts for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with network offices, customers, customer service teams, vendors, and the internal delivery team.
• Scan, process, and label shipments accurately.
• Handle cargo documents, including MAWB, HAWB, and other related shipment documents.
• Perform data entry in the system and ensure shipments are delivered according to SLA requirements.
• Manage email communication using Outlook.
• Coordinate import, export, and local Singapore delivery arrangements.

• Valid Class 3 driving licence is required.
• Prior experience in the freight or courier industry will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Outlook and data entry.
