Full-Time Service Crew

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Service: Help reach monthly sales goals, greet customers, answer questions, and handle feedback or complaints.
• Store Maintenance: Restock items on shelves, arrange displays, carry heavy goods when needed, and keep the shop clean and safe.
• Product Checks: Monitor item expiry dates, check trial packs, and report broken or defective goods to the manager.
• Store Operations: Patrol assigned sections, prevent stock loss, and help with daily routines

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM qualification or relevant retail/supermarket experience.
• Skills: Friendly, cheerful, responsible, good at talking to people, and basic computer skills.
• Work Schedule: Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends, across 3 rotating shifts.

Pay: RM1,990.00 per month
